Jim's Review
🐛
Jim has a habit of reading late into the night, and after this book, he finally understands why. Duhigg breaks down the cue-routine-reward loop so clearly that you'll start seeing habits everywhere — like a worm suddenly noticing all the tunnels around him. The business case studies are fascinating, and the practical advice actually works. Jim successfully replaced his midnight snacking habit with midnight reading. Progress?
