Why does Jim read so many books? Why does a worm burrow? Sinek's Golden Circle framework finally gave this bookworm the vocabulary to explain his obsession. The idea is simple but devastatingly powerful — people don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it. Jim's "why" is obvious: books are delicious. Four worms for this inspiring read.
