If there's one thing a bookworm has, it's grit. Jim has been relentlessly burrowing through pages since day one, and Duckworth finally explained why that matters more than raw talent. The Grit Scale is a fun self-assessment, and the research on deliberate practice is fascinating. Loses half a worm for some repetitive examples, but the core message is powerful. Four worms for perseverance.
